Sometimes, employers reveal all of their red flags before they ever even hire you.

Whether we like it or not, the place where we work dictates a lot about our lifestyle and level of happiness. As a result, a job interview is just as much about the applicant gaining an understanding of the company culture as it is about the hiring manager deciding who is the best person to hire. The part at the end where you're supposed to ask questions isn't just a final test; it is an opportunity to gain some extra insight about a place where you may eventually work. It is important to be vigilant.

Once a job seeker takes this wisdom on board, it can make the experience of looking for a job an even more treacherous one. It becomes much more apparent which employers need to be avoided, even if curving them winds up being an awkward experience.
